With over 15 years of experience, Breann Forliti, OD has a passion for diagnosing treatable eye disease early and providing preventative care. Dr. Forliti has completed rotations in underserved communities across the nation, and she’s carried her commitment to making eye health accessible back to her home state of Minnesota.
Dr. Forliti earned a Doctorate of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California, and takes a special interest in contact lenses, glaucoma, and primary care optometry.
Dr. Forliti enjoys spending time with family and being involved in her community.
After her own vision was saved by a childhood eye diagnosis, Megan Sis, OD, FAAO always knew she wanted to give back by bringing all patients the quality treatment they deserve. Dr. Sis provides compassionate care, with a special focus and training in pediatrics, traumatic brain injury, concussion care, binocular vision challenges, and other special needs patients.
After receiving a Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, Dr. Sis further expanded her expertise by completing a Masters of Visual Science with research focusing on infant vision and development. Dr. Sis completed additional specialized education at the Philadelphia College of Optometry at Salus University. She received her fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO).
Dr. Sis enjoys knitting, sewing, and spending quality time with her family.
Ashley Berens, OD, FAAO has dedicated her career to preserving patients’ quality of life through healthy vision, even after a serious diagnosis. Dr. Berens has special interest in the care of older adults and in detecting asymptomatic eye disease. This includes the management of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration.
Dr. Berens earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry, and completed a postdoctoral residency at the Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Ocular Disease.
Dr. Berens and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors, golfing, and keeping up with their energetic Labrador retriever, Dax.
Rosy Tedesco, O.D. received her first pair of glasses in junior high, learning firsthand how empowering it is to have clear vision. After over 15 years in the field, she still gets a thrill from helping patients correct their vision. Dr. Tedesco is also passionate about the care of her patients—including diagnosing eye disease indicative of systemic health conditions.
Dr. Tedesco earned her Doctorate of Optometry at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry. She has a wide array of experience, including work in binocular vision and LASIK as well as working in primary care, pediatrics, surgical co-management, ocular disease, and specialty contact lenses. Dr. Tedesco also enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children.”
Emmalee Toldo, O.D., MEd has a list of credentials a mile long, filled with academic honors and prestigious degrees from reputable universities, membership in honor societies, missions to both Cambodia and Peru, and multiple externships across the country. She obtained her Doctorate of Optometry at Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR, where she received multiple scholarships and participated in several committees, associations, and volunteer initiatives, and she completed her residency with Minnesota Eye Consultants, which focused on ocular disease and surgical co-management.
When Dr. Toldo isn’t helping patients, she enjoys hiking, Zumba, travelling across the country, and exploring the growing Minnesota brewery scene.
Landon Kudrna, OD developed an early passion for eyecare by assisting at his mother’s optometric practice. While earning his bachelor’s at the University of North Dakota, he developed close bonds with the visually impaired children he worked with at the North Dakota Vision Services School for the Blind. He also led a medical mission trip to Lima, Peru.
Dr. Kudrna received his Doctorate of Optometry at Pacific University College of Optometry. While there, he was the president of the Pacific Practice Management Group and volunteered on a variety of community outreach screening events. Now, as he sees his own patients, he is passionate about helping provide thorough patient education and quality comprehensive eye care. He specializes in treating pediatrics, ocular disease, sports vision, and dry eye disease.
Dr. Kudrna is a family man to the core. He loves spending his time outside the office with the love of his life, his wife, Julia. They love hiking, biking, paddleboarding, or going for walks with their dogs, Bear and Bailee. Dr. Kudrna is also an avid sports fan, and you can regularly find him keeping up with anything and everything associated with sports.
